We are going to test to see if you can receive SMS text notices or not.To see if your carrier is blocked, you can send ‘help’ to 877-675-4632.
If everything is OK, you will receive a message instantly like the following:

If you do not receive a message, this is an indicate that your carrier is either blocked or you have a STOP on their account. In this case you may need to either remove the block through your phone settings or contact your cell phone carrier and tell them to remove the block or stop on 877-675-4632.
If you do not receive a text back, call your prepaid phone support and ask them to turn ALERTS ON for that number. This cannot be done via the device; it needs to be done by the company.
Prepaid cell phone settings often allow text messages from individuals, but not from companies (to ensure that your texting minutes are not used up by receiving spam, etc.). When ALERTS are turned on, all SMS text messages will be received.
