Because of the incredible support of library patrons across the state, our legislators are supporting our local libraries. Thank you all for the emails, calls and messages you have sent to say that you need and support your library!


The Governor has proposed a 50% cut in library funding.  If this proposal is approved, most library services in Holmes County will be gone! This could include main library, branches and bookmobile and outreach service!  Library service is critical to the education of children, providing needed services to all ages. Holmes Countians are using their libraries more than ever for leisure reading, information, computer access and much more.
