• UA Wayne College (Application for Community Library Card)

  Click on the link above to download a copy of the application for a UA Wayne College Community Card.  This card will allow you to borrow books from Ohiolink and have them delivered to the Holmes County Higher Education Center, along with other privileges.  Fill out the form and bring it to the Center Library in Millersburg to apply.  You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this card, so please remember to bring your ID with you.

Easy Bib Registration Directions

At the top of the main EasyBib page, there is a link with the text “You have premium access to EasyBib. Register to access these services from anywhere!”. That registration link is where you register initially. You must register for the first time at the Central or East Branch libraries.  Once you are registered, you can assess this service from anywhere.
