Renewals

Most items may be renewed two times, either in person or by telephone during regular library hours. Items on reserve may not be renewed.

Returning Library Materials

Return books at any Holmes County District Public Library location. All locations have an after-hours book-drop that may be used when the library is closed.

Through the library's participation in LOAN (Libraries of Ohio Access Network) books borrowed from other public libraries in Ohio may also be returned at any Holmes County District Public Library location.

Checking out Items on Hold

Beginning June 16th 2008, patrons using the Millersburg library location will be able to pick up their "hold" items by themselves. Items on hold will be filed according to a system designed to protect patron privacy. To find your holds, simply look for the first letter of your last name, followed by the last four digits in your library card number.
