How do I get a library card?

You can sign up for a library card at any of our branches - even on the bookmobile. To get a library card, you must have a current ID and proof of your present address.

What is my PIN number?

Your PIN number is the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on record for you. If you have forgotten your PIN number, you can call the library at 330-674-5972. Be sure to have your library card handy (we will need your card number) and be ready to answer some questions (such as your address, etc.) to verify your identity. If you would like to change your PIN, you may do so online. From the library website go to the Catalog. Click on the My Account tab at the top of the page. You will need to sign in with your current library card number and PIN. Once you have signed in to the My Account tab, scroll down and click on the Profile link. From here you can change your email and PIN information.

Does the library close for holidays?

Yes. All closings are system-wide.

How do I find an item in the catalog?

Where do I find the Bookmobile Schedules?

Bookmobile information and schedules are available online by visiting the How do I sign up for email notification?

Library patrons are able to have email notifications sent to them when requested items arrive or checked-out items are coming due. To sign up for this service, you can call the library at 330-674-5972, be sure to have your library card number handy. You may also stop by the library and ask someone at the desk to sign you up, or request an Email Sign-up form to fill out and turn in later. You can also updated your email information online. On the library website click on the My Account tab at the top of the page. You will need to sign in with your current library card number and PIN. Once you have signed in to the My Account tab, scroll down and click on the Profile link. From here you can change your email information, however, you will still need to call or stop by the library in order to activate Email Notification.
